Sports Physicals:

May 18 & 25 from 5:30 to 7 pm for the 23-24 school year (this is for incoming 6th graders through HS)

Have the sports physical form completed prior to coming (located in the main office of the HS or on our web page at nilesvikings.bigteams.com under announcements)

We prefer a parent to be present in case anything needs to be discussed

The athletic fee is $60 (for every athlete, whether you have a physical done at the HS or your own physician's office). This will include a sports pass to home and away games

ALL physicals & athletic fee's must be turned into the HS athletic office to Mrs Smuda
