The following members were present:  Tracy Waggoner, Cathie Waggoner, Jason Flewellen, Sarah Workman, Heather Garrard, Sherry Bruckner, Stacey VanLue, Cathy Smuda, and Matt Brawley

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 by Tracy Waggoner.

Concession stand update was given by Cathie Waggoner:

- Both inside & outside concession stands have been cleaned.

- Matt Brawley is talking to Lewis about cleaning out the away side concession stand at the football field.

- Sign up Genius is being used for Tennis to work the concession stand.

- Meeting with Stanz will take place on Aug 4th to order food.

- Kevin Garrad is checking with Whirlpool about donating a freezer for the outside concession stand.

Apparel update was given by Heather Garrard:

- Heather is in contact with Gary about apparel - waiting to receive art work from Adam the Artist

- T-Shirts, short and long sleeve, crew necks, hoodies, hats, and blankets will be available to purchase at all home games

- Heather is working with Gary about setting up an online store for elementary families to purchase apparel

- Online store will have a bigger variety of apparel

The Booster budget was presented by Cathy Smuda:

- Handed out volunteer forms for any adult that will be working the concession stand or helping with a team

- Looking into square card reader

Matt Brawley gave an update:

- Athletic Golf Outing taking place September 19th @ 1pm at Orchard Hills

- Presented his vision of the future for Niles Athletics

The next meeting will be held Sept 7, 2021 at 7pm
